Algodones, New Mexico – February 12, 2013 – As the trend in commercial real estate stays steady the small town of Algodones, New Mexico peaks in commercial real estate transactions.
Algodones, New Mexico recently had three acres of land sold on January 31, 2013. This property was on the market less than three months and there are significant plans to utilize this acreage for manufacturing. Algodones, New Mexico is currently home to approximately eight hundred residents and lies on the east bank of the Rio Grande River. Frank Larrabee, seller in the transaction, stated that they “are very happy to get this land sold to improve the Algodones area.” While this transaction may appear to have been a one-time occurrence, Algodones currently has other listings for sale. These include: +/- 27 acres just east of Interstate 25 and north of Coronado Heights and approximately 15 acres of land just off Interstate 25 at Exit 248. Algodones has seen a steady growth in population by roughly 10% a year over the last thirty years.
