NAI Maestas & Ward announces the sale of vacant land, Northeast Heights, to Twisters

Steve Maestas, Managing Partner of Maestas & Ward Commercial Real Estate, announces the sale of the 25,000 square foot vacant land parcel in the retail center near the Northwest corner of Paseo del Norte and Wyoming, to Twisters Restaurant.
According to Ray Ubieta and Gary Hines, owners of Twisters, this wil be the 15th location the popular fst-food chain has opened.
Jim Hakeem, director, NAI Maestas & Ward Commercial Real Estate represented Twisters in the transaction.
