Martha Carpenter and Dave Hill, CCIM of NAI Maestas & Ward represented Ideal Vacuum Products in a recent purchase transaction of a 25,000 square foot property at 5910 Midway Park Blvd. NE that will serve as the company’s new operating location. The company, which has been located at 2401B Phoenix NE, sells vacuum pump products, vacuum fittings, vacuum pressure measurement gauges, and supplies. In addition to sales, the company provides servicing for its products.
Vacuum processes have a range of applications and include biofuels, solar cell, and semiconductor research and manufacturing. Pharmaceutical drug, medical, physics, chemistry and U.S. Defense research activities also utilize vacuum technology. Many high tech companies in New Mexico, Sandia National Laboratories, Los Alamos National Laboratory, the University of New Mexico, the Kirtland Air Force Base’s Air Force Research Laboratories, Intel, Boeing and Emcore are customers of Ideal Vacuum.
