Experience
In December 2010, Kevin joined NAI Maestas & Ward with 27 years of property management and brokerage experience. After attending Lewis & Clark College in Portland, Oregon, he spent 15 years with Breckenridge Resort Condominiums becoming owner and president in 1984 before returning to New Mexico in 1995.
During the past 15 years, Kevin has built a well-recognized specialty niche in the dental and oral health field within the New Mexico Commercial Real Estate market.
He handles practice sales and facilitates smooth transactions and transitions for his clients. To meet the ever changing and very specific requirements of his clients, Kevin works with statewide equipment suppliers, medical specific builders, medical organizations, and medical providers at the state and local level. More than 70 dentists and oral health providers have utilized his industry specific research and knowledge to secure appropriate real estate locations or to sell their practices.
