Brett Hills
Experience
Brett specializes in restaurant representation and retail brokerage. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Layfayette College in Easton, Pennsylvania, and an MBA from the UNM Robert O. Anderson Schools of Management. Upon completion of his MBA, Brett launched 999dine.com which provides e-commerce solutions and marketing services to local, regional and national businesses.
As a tenant representative broker, Brett has designed and implemented strategic rollouts for local, regional and national concepts including Subway, Chipotle, Five Guys, Five Star Burgers, Pei Wei, Filiberto’s, Einstein Bagels, Tucanos Brazilian Grill, Famous Dave’s, Great Clips, Cici’s, and Krispy Kreme. His marketing and entrepreneurial expertise combined with the sheer volume of restaurant related deals that he has completed has enabled Brett to be highly successful in restaurant space transactions. Brett, as a sales and leasing agent, has successfully sold and leased retail space in shopping centers ranging from neighborhood and grocery anchored centers to pad sites and stand-alone buildings.
