INSPECTIONS

Regular inspections of each property help us track the longevity of a particular situation, schedule regular maintenance services, and document activities at each location. These inspections form the basis of the activity reports presented to the owner.

Property reports are presented in a consistent format — sample attached — and includes photos of potential problems, status reports on current repairs and maintenance, and comments or recommendations for future use.

WATER CONSERVATION
