Biography

Todd joined NAI Maestas & Ward as an Advisor in 2011 and currently specializes in the lease and sale of Office and Industrial properties. With over 30 years of extensive business ownership, business brokerage, marketing, sales, and general management experience, Todd brings practical and successful business sense to the commercial real estate industry.

Todd’s plethora of business experience encompasses; owning four successful businesses, serving as Vice President of The Fun Company, (which was responsible for organizing corporate outings, meetings and events for Fortune 100 Companies) grossing annual sales of 20 million and serving as President and Owner of Incredible Events (a company based in Atlanta, Georgia and known for executing successful corporate events) accommodating up to 80,000 attendees per event.

Todd gained unique insight pertaining to the specifics of space and location requirements necessary to achieve success in any business. Throughout both his personal and business experiences, Todd has remained dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service with his time oriented approach to understanding client’s needs and tailoring his skills to exceed his client’s expectations.

Todd attended The University of Georgia, where he studied Forestry. He is very happily married to his wife, Jan, with whom he has 6 children. In his free time, Todd enjoys spending quality time with his family and friends, keeping up with current events, running, hiking, and biking.
