Albuquerque Publishing Company Building Sold

Albuquerque, New Mexico, March 20, 2013 – An Albuquerque downtown mainstay sold by the Albuquerque Publishing Company.

 The Albuquerque Publishing Company is the production and distribution agent for the Albuquerque Journal and has been serving New Mexico since the 1880’s. It recently sold its 5,950 square foot building located at the corner of 7th and High Street near Pan American Freeway. This downtown building was built in the 1960’s by architect William Ellison and recently served as home to the New Mexico Press Association.

This transaction was handled by Martha Carpenter, Director and Dave Hill, CCIM.
